Biography

Brady Skinner III was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a concentration in Interpersonal and Public Communication and a Minor in English. He later received his law degree from The Southern University Law Center.

Once admitted to practice in the state of Louisiana, Mr. Skinner opened The Law Office of Brady Skinner, LLC, a law firm dedicated to serving his community and clients. Mr. Skinner's practice included handling severe injury claims and major felony cases.

In addition to practicing law, Brady Skinner is a member of several non-profit organizations dedicated to the pursuit of justice. As a graduate and current faculty member at The Trial Lawyer's College, Attorney Skinner travels the country helping train other attorneys, who practice personal injury and criminal defense, on the methods to effectively represent their clients from initial meeting to trial. Brady Skinner is a Board Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and travels the country to meet with similar minds to tackle issues such as mass incarceration, public defense in America, and the rights of everyone accused of crime. Mr. Skinner serves in a similar role on the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Board and assists at the state level.

Mr. Skinner has taught continuing legal education courses to other Louisiana attorneys on topics such as: trial practice, how to communicate with clients, technology in the legal field, and calculating time after convictions.
